Data & Analytics Specialist Role

The Opportunity

No current Data Analytics role exists within the function leading to lower efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

The Data & Analytics Specialist is essential for accurate & comprehensive data-driven marketing decisions within the marketing organizations.

The Data & Analytics Specialist will work directly within the Group Marketing team to provide actionable insights through comprehensive analysis, and reporting, driving informed marketing decisions and performance optimization to Group and local teams for improved ROMI of the function in Worldline.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • KPIs Definition and Dashboards creation: Set KPIs & ROMI frameworks that will be used by Worldline to performance evaluation.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Compare performance metrics against industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain & optimize monthly dashboards, analyzing current performance of our marketing activities providing real-time insights of opportunities and weaknesses to Marketing teams and directors support strategic decision making.
  • Storytelling with Data: Present and teach how to tell compelling stories through insights from data analysis / reports.
  • Change Management: Support the transformation on integrating marketing data into all teams to reduce ‘gut feel’ decisions to improve ROMI.

Skills We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge in Marketing, Data Analytics, Big Data, BI, or similar programs.
  • Strategical & analytical thinking to translate data to business / marketing objectives.
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience conducting data analysis or business performance.
  • Minimum beginner level of database programming languages or navigating databases.
  • Comprehensive communication skills when working with international stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively in English and other languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
