Our client is one of the leading CAD/BIM software solutions for infrastructure planning. In fact, most of the roads and railways that you probably use in Germany have been planned using their software!
At the moment, we are looking for top performers in Product Management to grasp a unique opportunity as the company's first product manager, taking up a pivotal and strategic role working alongside the CTO and growing software engineering team (approx 10 engineers) & driving forward the companies successful CAD/BIM software outside Germany and internationally.
The main responsibilities would be;
- Implement, establish and improve best practices for our product development
- Define, implement and monitor the progress of team OKR's
- Work closely with CTO to oversee optimal use of resources across the cross-functional team, monitor & improve performance & set best practice definitions
- Gather and specify user requirements (Product and Service)
- Drive the product strategy, define milestones, product roadmap and release plan
The team works on projects that incorporate a very open culture, short release cycles, continuous delivery as well as valuing high-quality.
The basic requirements are as follows;
- A strong track record working as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a software product. If you have worked with CAD/BIM software before that would be a bonus
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- A good overview of agile development processes & software engineering in general
- Team spirit and good communication abilities
- Fluent German & English
