  • Conduct in-depth analysis on multidimensional data sets utilizing Databricks and using statistical techniques and provide valuable insights.
  • Hands on developing of data products, development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, measurement plans etc. (includes POWER BI) as well as conducting necessary trainings with end users.
  • Analyse the effectiveness and conversion results on campaigns and recommend strategies to optimise these in the future and support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analysis and reporting activities.
  • Work in a multicultural environment, effectively communicating with an international and diverse audience.
  • Support Conversion Rate Optimization and Personalization initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.


PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE


  • University degree in IT, Data Science, Mathematics or related sciences.
  • Experience in data analysis, BI reporting and data science within Digital Marketing.
  • Track record of retreacing insight from data and communicationg these to your stakeholder.
  • Strong knowledge of relational DBs and programming languages such as SQL etc., preferbly also in Databricks.
  • Strong experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with Python and data science techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Team player willing to motivate and educate other team members and colleagues.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Challenger spirit.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
