Tasks

Responsibilities

As our Tech Lead, you will play a central role in the development of our web-based learning platform. You will lead an experienced development team and significantly shape the technical roadmap of our product. Your responsibilities include:

• Innovative Development: You will improve and expand the feature-set of our platform with a user-centric approach, focusing on automation and AI integration.
• Implementation: You will also be directly responsible for the technical implementation of the roadmap.
• Leadership and Collaboration: You will coordinate and inspire your team in the planning and implementation of new features. Your hands-on mentality drives technical implementation forward.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in agile software product development, ideally with experience in our technical environment.
• Technical Know-how: Deep knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript (React.js), strong experience with relational databases (MySQL), and familiarity with AI technologies and big data approaches.
• Tool Competence: Proficient in SaaS, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git, GitLab).
• Problem Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to efficiently implement innovative solutions.
