GET READY TO:

• Act as project manager for a bigger scope of projects, mediator between IT product owners, business departments, and internal IT
• Ensure preparation and maintenance backlog of new features and feature enhancement for the development team
• Plan sprints and releases, helping to eliminate impediments during sprints
• Facilitate scrum events
• Analyze monthly costs per project/sprint

WE EXPECT YOU

• Are self-driven/proactive, solution-orientated, structured, analytical team player
• Worked as Scrum Master or in a similar role related to ensuring the performance and delivery of Agile team (not less than 2 years)
• Have experience in planning releases and project management
• Have advanced user level skills of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
• Speak fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)

Salary - 2900-3800 €/mon. gross
