• Experiment, iterate, and bring your ideas to life, setting new standards for iOS banking apps.
• You're an expert in iOS development, device debugging and working with XCode simulator
• You know how to lead medium sized teams of talented iOS developers to deliver apps at scale.
• You’re comfortable getting into the code and making impactful technical decisions
• You love taking ownership and you are good at reflecting on and improving your code
• You know how to build structured processes and manage stakeholders
• You speak English fluently
• You lead by example, setting high standards and lifting the team to new heights
