Job Title: Associate University Program Manager
Location: Amsterdam, NLD

Summary:
• Coordinate a range of initiatives, from intern recruitment and managing internship programs to representing Client at internal and external events, all while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Throughout the process, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the University TA team to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the overall strategy, planning, and successful execution of Client’s internship and graduate programs across EMEA teams
• Partner with your peers to drive strategic alignment and consistency in all our regions
• Implement broad intern programming aligned with strategic priorities, core values, and intern survey data
• Develop content and lead orientations and training for interns, managers, and mentors
• Collaborate with University Recruiters to execute internship programming and engagement strategies
• Manage intern onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with key partners in People Ops and onboarding teams
• Own and manage key communications to interns, managers, and mentors regarding onboarding, training, key dates, events, and other important updates.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor best practices to continuously improve the intern experience
Basic Qualifications:
• Internship Programming Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing internship programs, project management, or recruitment operations, preferably within a university or campus recruitment setting
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence top leadership and gain buy-in by leveraging your expertise and presenting data-driven recommendations

• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set clear goals for project teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills, integrity, and a reliable follow-through on tasks, taking initiative without needing constant direction
• Naturally Curious: Innovative and creative, always seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes
