We’re seeking a skilled Quantitative Researcher to join an advanced research team within a leading trading firm in Amsterdam. This role offers an exceptional base salary of up to €300,000, plus a performance-driven bonus, highlighting the role’s importance in the firm’s technology-first, high-frequency trading environment.

As a Quantitative Researcher, you’ll contribute directly to the firm’s trading strategies with a focus on medium/high frequency trading and short-term market predictions. Your work will involve generating predictive signals, integrating machine learning into the research pipeline and collaborating closely with developers to deploy specialised technology that optimises trading performance across a range of global markets.
