Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Create, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases.
• Understand and collaborate on Oracle database systems for seamless data integration.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Integrate third-party tools, including Wize, and ensure seamless operation across platforms.
• Document development processes, architectures, and workflows for future reference.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development practices.

You must have:

• Proficient in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Strong experience with MySQL, including database design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases, with a willingness to deepen expertise.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Wize integration and usage.
• Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Eager to learn new tools and frameworks, particularly within database and backend development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar development role with exposure to the specified tech stack.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once a week.
