Role Description

Love thinking about and improving Digital Products? Do you want to solve usability challenges and build interfaces that will impact lives of users all over the world?

We are looking for an UX Writer who will work with the UX Writing team and will also have the opportunity to work with a large team of UX Researchers and UX/UI, Digital and Motion designers.

• Create content for various digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and other communication mediums while maintaining consistent language aligned with the brand identity;
• Support in researching references and industry best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness of produced content;
• Collaborate closely with the design and research teams in developing content to ensure intuitive and engaging digital experiences;
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure content consistency throughout the user journey across digital platforms;
• Create and maintain content style guides to ensure language uniformity across all communication channels;
• Write scripts and assist in creating storyboards for videos, working closely with creative teams.

Main Requirements

• Eligible to IEFP internship (mandatory);
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Languages, Psychology, or a related field;
• Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write content adapted to different types of communication and the tone of voice of different brands and products;
• A passion for writing and language with a focus on content creation and editing;
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and content to create copy focused on the user and set objectives;
• Good communication skills to work effectively with different teams;
• Creativity, curiosity, proactivity, sense of responsibility and strong problem solving skills;
• A desire to keep learning and stay current with best practices and guidelines for creating content for different digital platforms.
