Functional Analyst

Your new company

Your new role

Act as an interface between end users and technical teams.

Identify customer needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements.

Develop and document the functional logic of applications.

Perform process mapping, design, and configuration.

Analyze and model data, document function descriptions, user interface design, and system-to-system interaction design.

Monitor implementation and delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Test and validate applications and tools.

Write manuals for end users and provide training.

Offer functional assistance to developers.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services through user-defined proposals.

Understand user problems and provide effective solutions.

Challenge user requests to ensure optimal responses.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong affinity for IT.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a medium-sized or large organization.

Experience in managing and configuring applications and tools in a complex environment with various user groups.

Project management experience in an IT-related environment, with a strong sense of ownership for assigned projects.

Problem-solving attitude with the ability to detect root causes and find solutions.

Experience in providing customer support.

Flexibility and good analytical skills.

Languages: Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
