Project Manager

Summary of role:

Your primary focus will be to deliver a great client experience by meeting clients strategic insights needs, by supporting projects either in do-it-yourself mode or serviced/assisted

Responsibilities:

• Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services. Partnering with clients to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and success measures while leading the client in achieving their goals.
• Be an advocate for our clients’ needs and feed back to our product development team.
• Be an expert and proponent on our consumer insights platform, Toluna Start.
• Responsible for initial end- client training and onboarding on the Toluna Start platform, across our survey building tools and our reporting platform.
• Proactively contact & train clients on new products/enhancements.
• On-going account support for end-clients using Toluna Start in ‘do it yourself’ or do it with you’ mode.
• Routinely review client’s projects to ensure best practices are met and implemented
• Project Management
• Responsible for delivery of Toluna-serviced projects in a timely manner for our clients. Being the point of contact for the client throughout the project and coordinate project activities with Toluna teams.
• Programming projects on behalf of our clients and coordinating with the internal teams to ensure, the project is tested and data is provided to a high standard at point of delivery.
• Monitor data quality on Toluna-serviced projects.
• Monitor account growth with goal of increasing credit spend and platform usage.
• Collaborate closely with account management leads. Monitor and review credit balance/spending trends, License status (upcoming expirations) and account planning next steps for your key clients.
