Reporting Analyst

WWe are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our expanding SuperTeam. The Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting our Commercial department with the preparation and analysis of sales reports, database management, and other essential tasks related to sales performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for the Commercial department.
• Organize, update, and ensure the accuracy of sales databases and other relevant data sources.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in performance.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support in setting KPIs, tracking progress, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with various software tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards for data quality and confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative or analytical tasks as required to support the Commercial team.

Skill and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of office application packages (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Fluent in English
