Job Description: Digital Product Specialist - Workforce Management (WFM) System (Time Keeping
Focus)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Specialist with expertise in Workforce Management
(WFM) systems, particularly in timekeeping functionalities with emphasis on payroll flows. The ideal
candidate will have a strong technical background, analytical skills, and project management
experience to enhance our WFM systems and ensure optimal workforce efficiency. This role will
involve close collaboration with various departments to implement, support, and optimize
timekeeping processes that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Management: Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of WFM
systems, including experience with platforms such as Kronos and Workday.
• Data Analysis: Analyse timekeeping data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
for improvement, utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to monitor workforce metrics.
• Project Coordination: Manage projects related to system implementation and upgrades,
ensuring seamless transitions and integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of labour laws and regulations related to timekeeping.
Familiarity with industry best practices in workforce management and timekeeping.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies by
meticulously tracking timekeeping records and implementing necessary improvements.
• Reporting: Create and present reports on workforce metrics and timekeeping data to
stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical
audiences.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human
Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications in WFM systems or project management
are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in Workforce Management, particularly in timekeeping, realtime monitoring, scheduling, and forecasting. Hands-on experience in system
implementation and troubleshooting during rollouts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM systems (e.g., UKG, Legion) and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize workforce management.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, coordinating with
various teams to achieve project goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and support staff training.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in tracking timekeeping records and
ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
