Product Designer (App/Web)

At Mobiversite, we are constantly testing and iterating on new app ideas, which means we don’t spend months on a single project. We are looking for a talented UI designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can design quick MVPs, iterate based on user data, and rapidly test multiple different scenes.

If you’re passionate about creating and evolving user interfaces quickly, and you enjoy working on a variety of apps instead of focusing on one product for an extended period, Mobiversite is the place for you. However, if you prefer to work on a single product and iterate over several months, this role may not be the right fit.

This is an office-based role, so we are looking for someone who can work closely with our team on-site.

Your Role:

• Design UI/UX elements that clearly convey product functionality.
• Create innovative user interfaces for our mobile apps, ensuring a top-notch user experience.
• Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and transform them into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• Produce prototypes, concepts, user flows, layouts, and mock-ups.
• Stay informed about market trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies, and proactively integrate them into design processes to deliver state-of-the-art UI/UX designs.
• Utilize usage data to evaluate the impact of your designs and apply insights to future iterations.

What We’re Seeking:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field; candidates with degrees in other disciplines will also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the mobile app industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Android and iOS design guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of design systems, pattern libraries, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator), Principle, or similar design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, particularly in the mobile app sector (please ensure your portfolio is included in your CV).
• Proficiency in English is essential.
