Senior UX/UI Designer

About the job

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex applications using large amount of data
• Close cooperation with business stakeholders, development teams and other designers
• Conducting user research activities to gather & understand business requirements
• Leading conversations with stakeholders & dev team to drive the process of the product development lifecycle
• Creating and presenting UX artefacts such as: personas, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes, etc.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a role of UX/UI Designer
• Vast experience in designing complex data-heavy solutions for desktop & web
• Experience in designing data visualisations
• Proficiency in using design & collaboration tools such as: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Xd
• Experience in cooperation with distributed team
• Experience in designing solutions for financial industry would be a plus
• Openness to users from all over the world
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Focus on collaboration across teams to bring consistency
• Fluency in English
• Readiness to work in a hybrid mode (1-2 days in the office)
