Job Description
A dynamic professional, who brings passion, curiosity and can go the extra mile. When you join the Employee Experience Team in NielsenIQ, you’re signing up for an experience that requires flexibility and readiness for change.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and implementation of activities related to the employment life cycle of employees;
- Preparation of Employment Contracts, Annexes, Employment Certificates;
- Organization of on-boarding;
- Coordination of the process of obtaining documents necessary for foreigners' employment;
- Daily employee support via dedicated MEET&GREET platform;
- Management of additional employees' benefits (medical care, life insurance, sport card etc.);
- Close collaboration with external payroll&admin provider including daily communication;
- Supporting selected activities during the implementation of new HR initiatives, programs, policies and services;
Our Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience as HR specialist area;
- Knowledge of labor law, social security, personal income tax;
- Proficiency in English and fluent level of Polish, both verbal and written;
- Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude, customer centric mindset and teamwork approach;
- Knowledge of foreigners employment law & rules will be an asset;
