Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and onboarding top talent while contributing to various HR initiatives that support our growing team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
