Network Engineer (LAN/WAN)

Join the team and work as a Network Engineer on a migration of network systems to a unified, standardized solution across all locations.

Conditions:

• B2B contract
• rate 100 PLN/hour + VAT

• Schedule: 4 days of work, 2 days off
• Hours: 12 PM–9 PM (includes a 1-hour break)

Responsibilities:

• Managing second-level network incidents and overseeing patch deployment processes.
• Performing migration and configuration tasks for various network sites.
• Contributing to service restoration, enhancing sustainability, and driving proactive improvements.
• Leading or participating in Major Incident calls, identifying necessary resources, and providing comprehensive Root Cause Analysis for outages.
• Executing standardized tasks such as move, add, and changes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
• Acting as a key escalation point for engineers regarding incidents and configuration changes.
• Utilizing monitoring tools to ensure system availability and smooth operation.

Experience you will need:

• 3+ years of experience engineering large complex enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Carrier Services – SDWAN & WAN Circuits, MPLS, VPNS, VRFs, DWDM, Frame Relay, Point to Point
• Expertise with Network Operating Systems (IOS, Aruba OS)
• Familiarity with IT governance standards and compliance including ITIL and SOC
• Strong customer service skills. Good temperament, ability to handle stressful situations, and provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.
• Strong analytical skills, able to use complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems and draw logical conclusions.
• Experience with working as part of a Global 24*7 support model
