Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time (0,75) remote marketing and communication project manager role at Sherpa Marketing Agency. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management tasks, strategic communication planning, marketing communications, and overseeing marketing projects to ensure successful delivery. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals and enhance client success.

The heart of Team Sherpa lies in our project managers, who serve as the link between clients and Sherpas. The project manager's goals are to:

• Understand the client's needs and offer a plan to achieve their objectives
• Assemble a unique team of Sherpas based on the client's needs, including designers, creative directors, media planners, copywriters, photo and video production experts, and more
• Occasionally get hands-on and write a text or post

Qualifications for the Sherpa Project Manager:

• Experience in project management at a startup, agency, or client-side
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills throughout a project
• Independent time management and prioritization abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to delegate and manage projects across different stakeholders, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience creating content for B2B and B2C clients, both for websites and social media channels
• Good understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
• Experience setting up digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns) and creating newsletters
• Technical aptitude
• A few imperfections, because no one is perfect, not even among Sherpas
• Proficiency in Estonian, both written and spoken, is required
