Project Manager

We seek a skilled and experienced Project Manager for an Events Agency in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and oversee the financial performance of all assigned projects.

Salary circa AED 15,000 per month (+/-)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned events, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Win and retain new accounts through effective pitching and proposal development.
• Ensure high levels of community engagement and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional events and services.
• Provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in events account management.
• Proven track record in managing events and client relationships.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and pitching for new business.
• Ability to manage project finances effectively, ensuring projects remain within budget.
