Department Overview

The mission of System Operation Department is to maintain our core service platform and encourage our business growth. Not just infrastructure deployment/operation, but innovative activities through implementing the latest technologies make our system better and better.

Looking for an engineer to work together for our business growth and a new operational region in Tokyo. You can take part in large-scale service platform operation and innovative system improvement.

Why We Hire

High level skill and experience are required to maintain our service platform which is always growing. This position is to resolve operational and technical issues with productive ways. We aim to create SRE(Site Reliability Engineering) team to improve reliability and productivity on our service platform. There are many opportunities to work in a variety of layers: server, network, security, database etc.

Position Details

Based on your career and wish, some of the following roles are assigned as a member of a new team.

• Accelerate infrastructure standardization and infrastructure deployment/operation
• Conduct infrastructure projects(work with other teams and external vendors)
• Support deployment and operation on our system platform using Docker/Kubernetes
• Operation / Maintenance for Relational DB
• Maintain production services for the sake of service reliability improvement
  
  

Work Environment

Mid-career: 60%

New grads: 40%

Background: SIer, Web system development company etc

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5 years or more experiences for infrastructure design, deployment and operation
• Basic knowledge about major protocols(TCP/IP, HTTP) to communicate with others
• Enough communication skill to discuss with any other teams
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience to maintain PCIDSS system
• Experience to deploy/operate public cloud(AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
• Experience to manage 5-10 members as a team leader
