Job Role :- Bilingual Project Manager

Job Location :- Japan, Remote

Job Description :-

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Skill Set

• Project Management Expertise: Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Leadership Abilities: Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
