Manual QA Engineer (Backend)

Partner closely with our QA Tech Lead to build and refine processes, all while enhancing your skills and exploring automation testing.

In this role, you will

• Perform manual testing of backend systems using API tools and databases
• Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for backend functionalities
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation
• Test the functionality of new features to ensure high-quality delivery
• Execute A/B testing
• Work with internal products, including the admin panel
• Investigate and resolve support tickets to address user issues
• Gain experience in automation testing, including API and end-to-end (E2E) tests
  
  
  

It’s All About You

• Minimum 2 years of backend testing experience
• Experience with mobile application testing
• Proficiency with tools like Postman and Swagger
• Familiarity with proxy debugging tools (Postman, Charles, Fiddler, or others)
• Experience with MongoDB Compass (querying, deleting, and editing data)
• Quick comprehension of new ideas and concepts
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of SCRUM processes
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong skills in analyzing requirements
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for learning
• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines
