General Summary

12 to 15 years experienced in CI/CD, Linux and Managing teams globally. The person in role need to participate in on call rotations for 24/7 support for production systems & will be responsible for management and maintenance of these systems. The job requires working with various IT partners in infrastructure organizations like server teams, networking, security, monitoring etc. to host web sites & ensure high availability. This role is to manage and coordinating CI/CD pipelines is crucial for the successful and efficient delivery of software. They oversee the entire pipeline, coordinate with the development and operations teams, and manage the release process. By ensuring continuous integration and facilitating continuous delivery, they contribute to the overall productivity and success of the development team.

• The candidate in this role would need to work in a flexible hours to provide support for India business hours(IST).
• The person in the role would lead tier3 support team
• Responsibilities includes attend to customer's request to build infrastructure, End to End CI/CD Pipelines, Customer Focus, Overseeing Operations for Build team, MISC Build Services, Patching and Other ISRM Activities
• 12 to 15 years of relative experience
• Experience in CI/CD, Linux and Management experience in leading global teams
• Experience in various technologies like Windows, Linux ,Tomcat, MySQL Ruby, CGI, Perl, NLB and PHP
• Experience in Chef, Powershell and Python is required
• Knowledge of SSO and Siteminder web agent install/config and docker, CHEF, Electric flow, Jenkin/Bamboo etc,,,
• Experience and exposure to Hyperic or any other web technology monitoring tools like appdynamics, splunk etc..
• Experience on containers such as Dreker, kubernative, AWS
• Knowledge of or experience in AWS or other cloud technologies would be a plus
• Famiarity and exposure to OS platforms(Linux), Load Balancers, Firewalls, Web Security is needed
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and show willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
• Good written and Verbal communication skills
• Operating system knowledge is must.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  
  
  

OR

9+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
