Principal Software Engineer – iOS (Swift) & Android (Kotlin/Java)

Location: London, Bournemouth, or Manchester – Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The Role:

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile solutions for both iOS and Android platforms. You’ll focus on enhancing functionality, driving innovation, and contributing to the modular application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain mobile software solutions in line with the full SDLC, delivering to the company’s high standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional groups to design integrated, scalable solutions.
• Share knowledge and expertise, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment across the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Swift (iOS), Kotlin, and Java (Android).
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
