IT Administrator (m/f/d) for Workplace Infrastructure & Security (Geneva)

Deine Aufgaben

• Workplace Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize existing IT systems and processes including Network Infrastructure
• Security Management: Implement and monitor security policies for all IT systems, with a focus on endpoint security.
• Device Management: Administer and maintain the device fleet using Microsoft Intune, including lifecycle management and rollouts.
• Identity and Access Management: Oversee and further develop the Okta environment for user and access management.
• Google Workspace Administration: Manage and administer the existing Google Workspace environment, including user and rights management.
• OnSite & Remote Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, both on-site and remotely.
• IT Process Development: Identify areas for improvement and implement projects to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain IT documentation and conduct training sessions for users.
• Collaboration with External Partners: Coordinate and work with service providers and vendors.
  
  

Dein Profil

• At least 3 years of professional experience in comparable environment.
• Strong expertise in IT administration, especially with tools like Okta, Microsoft Intune, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems quickly.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
