Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Airflow, and Python to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows using GCP and Airflow.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Optimize and manage data storage solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement and monitor ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop custom scripts and automation solutions using Python to support data operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering.
