Position Description:

As a Front-End and WordPress Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, interactive, and visually dynamic websites. Availability:

• Starting at full-time for the first month, with potential to transition into a long-term role of 20–40 hours per week based on performance.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible working hours, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
• Office work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive websites using WordPress and modern front-end technologies.
• Implement animations, parallax scrolling, and advanced UI interactions using JavaScript and CSS3.
• Translate creative briefs into scalable, functional code.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project managers to refine and implement technical solutions.
• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and functionality.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Strong experience in WordPress development.
• Ability to implement animations and advanced UI effects.
• Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Language Requirements:

• English: C1 Level (Professional Fluency).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with headless CMS setups and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (preferred for long-term engagements).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Clear communication and proactive collaboration skills.
