Working as Head Of Development

As Head of Development, you will manage around 30 developers based In France, Belgium, Sweden, Uk and Germany. You will be accountable for the delivery (Quality, Time, Cost), ensuring the security of the code produced by the entity. The main and first priority will be to conduct a change in the overall team organization and way of working: openness to 3rd party development, put in place SAFe and increase proximity between dev, operational, and business teams. You will have to move your entity to a business and product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the resources composed from around 25 internal people + several external people
• You will set up a new organization to make your entity in accordance with business needs and best efficiency
• You will lead the relation with the main stakeholders: SOC, CSOC, OB… to take their request, understand there business and relay it to your team.
• Ensure that the quality delivered by your team is in line with business expectations and the budget quest, understand their business and relay it to your team
• Manage the transformation of the Entity to make it more agile and adaptable
• Manage the transformation of the way of working, moving to SAFe, building the framework to 3rd party development.
• You will elaborate, with the support and approval of the ISS director, the budget of your entity.
