Business Analyst

Our leading financial services client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in back office payments, specifically Swift and Sepa transactions. Excellent Daily rate on offer with an international client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and analyze business needs for back office payment processes, focusing on Swift and Sepa transactions.
• Improve efficiency and accuracy of back office payment systems through innovative solutions.
• Document detailed business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to successfully implement back office payment solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, develop strategies, and bridge process discrepancies.
• Integrate Swift and Sepa payment services with external vendors and partners.
• Support technical teams during development and testing phases.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in back office payments. Experience of Target2 would be a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of back office payment processes, including Swift and Sepa.
• Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into specifications.
• Proficiency in gap analysis, solution proposal, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of Swift and Sepa payment standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using requirements management tools.

Educational Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Payments advantageous
