Sr. Program Manager - Fashion Fulfillment by Amazon, 3P Softlines

Description

The Softlines Marketplace (3P) team at Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to support the growth of fashion categories (Apparel, Shoes, Luggage, Jewelry and Watches) in Europe, specifically by driving FBA adoption and commitment.

Key job responsibilities

Program Owner: Lead a variety of projects to drive growth and improve Seller Experience for Softlines FBA to drive adoption and commitment by addressing top blockers like profitability concerns and inventory splitting issues. This would involve driving ongoing initiatives around Fee pilots in partnership with recruitment teams as well as scoping new initiatives.

Develop a complete understanding of Selling Partner needs through in-depth data analysis and voice of seller. Use those insights to propose innovative initiatives, features and solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams (category and product management, business intelligence, software engineers, sales, legal and other international partners) to prioritize, inform and analyze the initiatives. Automate and scale the existing opportunities, and roll-out existing EU-wide initiatives. Track results (developing dashboards where needed) and impact of the projects and communicate to Leadership. Coach more junior team members supporting in those projects.

A day in the life

The ideal candidate will (1) have extensive experience working with data, especially with respect to creating comprehensive reporting dashboards and mechanisms for goal tracking; (2) highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines; (3) a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving; (4) detailed-oriented and able to write high-quality documents and present to leadership; (5) able to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization; (6) experience working with databases and a passion for numbers.

About The Team

The Softlines Marketplace (3P) team owns the P&L for Fashion categories in Europe and represents the voice of the Selling partner to drive growth, profitability and Selling partner satisfaction!

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Experience leading process improvements
