Program Manager

Akkodis is a specialized IT & Engineering consultancy with over 30 years of experience in providing top-tier consultants to our key partners, both globally and within the Netherlands. We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience. The salary for this role reflects the level of expertise required. This exciting opportunity is for an assignment with one of our clients, based in Hilversum.

This position is open to both full-time employees (FTEs) and freelancers (ZZPs), with a hybrid work arrangement (one day onsite per week).

Role Overview: Support the success of individual yet interrelated projects and help oversee and coordinate various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across the organization that support client's ND strategy. Work cross-functionally to ensure our prominent e-commerce client's Direct & Marketplace Partners business is set up for success to deliver our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams through change due to a fast-evolving landscape, ensuring we bring our consumer journeys to life for our EMEA consumers across marketplace touchpoints.
• Facilitate discussions, impact mapping conversations, and guide decision-making as well as escalations around business impact, including regulatory impact.
• Collaborate with business functions, data, and technology teams on business planning and roadmap delivery against requirements based on compliance, consumer, environmental, and business value.
• Drive decision-making based on consumer, environmental, and business value through business cases and a clear KPI framework.
• Coordinate and lead project teams to build and deliver new capabilities as well as scale existing capabilities.
• Align key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities.

Critical Experiences:

• Proven experience in Business Strategy, Change, or Senior Program Management within Marketplace and/or Retail business
• Ability to make the right trade-offs to maximize ROI and resolve conflicts.
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective management of senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through storytelling and strong communication skills.
