Product Domain Lead

As the Product Domain Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving strategy and execution for one of our most vital product areas, Consumers, and be responsible for the app and web experience where 9/10 people in Sweden find their next home. You’ll lead a team of skilled Product Managers, empowering them to tackle complex challenges and move the needle for our consumers. We are looking for a collaborative leader who inspires cross team collaboration, builds strong relationships and works across teams to resolve challenges effectively.

About The Role

• Domain Strategy: Shape and lead the strategy for your product domain, ensuring it aligns with company goals and the needs of cross-functional teams. Establish appropriate domain KPIs that guides Hemnet towards outcomes that moves the needle.
• Domain Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Engineering to provide direction and effective ways of working, ensuring capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery of the domain’s commitments. Take ownership of the domain’s strategic priorities, empowering teams to meet and exceed their goals while driving alignment with broader organizational objectives and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Support a team of Product Managers in delivering strong results, providing mentorship, and fostering growth and autonomy.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of cross-domain projects.
• Innovation: Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision-making, balancing finding the optimal solution with iteratively and incrementally shipping impactful outcomes.
• Communication: Clearly articulate the domain strategy and product vision, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Talent Development: Help attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with proven success in consumer experience, particularly at scale on both app and web products.
• Leadership: Experience leading product teams, hiring, and nurturing top talent.
• Domain Expertise: Background in mature product cultures with cross-functional teams. Experience in Marketplaces, Real estate, AI/personalization is a plus.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to set a clear direction, build consensus, and inspire others to follow it.
