It is a lean employment environment and thus, the NE team must be an efficient and flexible working team. The ability to multitask and work under various time restricting pressures is a critical element of employment.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the global network across various disciplines and become subject matter expert for one or more areas within the network including LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/VOIP
• Work with global IT teams and management, supporting the network across the full project life cycle including proof of concept, design, procurement of Network hardware/WAN, configuration, installation, testing, documentation, and ongoing monitoring/support
• Manage NAC/Segmentation Forescout environment.
• Manage and maintain the company firewalls and IPS systems with focus on alerts and vulnerability management.
• Capable of working and integrating with other teams to identify specific vulnerabilities and mitigate any threats.
• Work with InfoSec team on identifying threats from SIEM and other Logs gathered across all IT infrastructure and recommend improvements as and when necessary
• Provide 3rd level Network support for Sites and DCs across various networking disciplines this include the two primary datacenters located in Ireland and Germany
• Local and international travel required based on project assignment and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong Cisco switching and wireless skills and experience in large deployments.
• Experience and knowledge of routing, SD-WAN, Firewall, VOIP, Network application tools, automation, and cloud migration.
• Experience in Checkpoint Firewalls design, configuration, installation and management.
• Proven experience installing and configuring networks for 5+ years.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
• Experience installing, configuring, customizing and supporting enterprise applications such as (switches, Routers, access points, Firewalls).
• Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Network segmentation experience desirable, Forescout, Cisco ICE.
• Checkpoint Firewall certified.
• Working on Velocloud SDWAN would also be a plus but not essential.
• Strong Cisco knowledge of routing and switching and including wireless infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networks across various disciplines, this also includes site surveys and procurement of network hardware
  
  

DP World Logistics Technology Poland (Żary) is hiring a Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing various cost and pricing elements of the quotation and reconciliation process to produce comprehensive and cohesive responses on customer cost model within a strict time schedule.

Work on a specific internal (site management) or external (customer) analysis and provide necessary reporting.

Contribute to communication on business support control measurements like financial impact, revenue, and commercial considerations in a coherent report to the appropriate Managers/Directors.

The role will be a Direct Report to the Site Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to the development of innovative and user-friendly pricing models/tools
• Responsible for maintaining, building and providing pricing models and their reconciliations
• Collaborate with the Operations and Engineering team, as well with Corporate Service Functions if needed to identify deliverables and design programs/solutions
• Assist Management to achieve the target price and margin requirements by providing continuous feedback on overall cost impacts, solution alternatives, continuous improvement opportunities and relevant pricing alternatives or options.
• Leading a client facing pricing discussion and cooperation with assumptions of pricing specific terms and conditions.
• Evaluate pricing risks and mitigation strategies ensuring pricing integrity while also considering DP World’s profitability guidelines and targets.
• Review of contracts terms and conditions to ensure they align with pricing models/P&L and suggest negotiation parameters with sales.
• Contribute to pricing approval meetings with Senior Regional Leadership and/or with customer by explaining price, pricing alternatives, risks and sensitivities to price
  
  

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or Engineering
• Professional experience working in the 3PL industry in engineering, costing, or operations management in addition to a good understanding of production and logistics channel processes and their costs
• Knowledgeable in the creation/use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure calculating pricing impacts quickly, accurately and confidently with Senior Leadership
• Experience successfully managing complex and multiple projects
• Ability to delegate tasks and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
