We are pleased to partner a leading Media group to appoint a People Analytics Lead (circa. $84k-$108k annual base) to join their Group Human Resources (HR) team. With legacy spanning approximately a century, the client is guided by the vision of creating engaging and trusted content meant to connect local communities. At present, they are looking to elevate extent HR processes beyond mere administration, hence an adept HR practitioner who can utilise data meaningfully to improve employee experience as well as enable senior leaders (within and beyond HR) to make more grounded decisions is necessary. This is an individual contributor role based in Singapore.


Reporting into the Chief People Officer directly, this is a newly-created position meant to further business and organisational growth through the use of HR/People data. Strategically, you will work closely with stakeholders within and beyond HR (e.g. HRBP, CoE, Finance,) and serve in the capacity of an internal consultant. This starts with the provision of observable trends (descriptive analytics), to more advanced topics (diagnostic, predictive analytics), with the base intent of proposing recommendations in an intelligible manner. On the operations front, the Group People Analytics Lead Partner acts as a data steward insofar as s/he will monitor and collaborate with the related departments to ensure the accuracy and currency of people data, as well as determine its relevance to driving business strategies/solutions.


This role will undoubtedly require candidates who are familiar with the major HR Information Systems, data reporting metrics and visualisation software on the market (e.g. Workday/SAP, Successfactors, Tableau). Aside from possessing the requisite expertise to analyse complex data and translate them into organisational goals, being able to communicate these sophisticated information into comprehensible, actionable ideas is an equally important endeavour. Finally since this is a newly-created function, you would be prepared to be hands-on with upstream and downstream processes so as to ensure smooth and quality delivery.
