Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and user-friendly applications across front-end and back-end.
• Technical Leadership: Setting technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Front-End Development: Create intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable server-side logic using languages like Python, Node.js, Java, or similar.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the overall architecture of the application, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
• Website Development:  Design, build, and optimize websites that are user-focused, visually engaging, and technically robust.
• Analytics Dashboards:  Develop internal tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance, Bitcoin treasury metrics, and key operational KPIs
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Learning and Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, continuously improving your skills and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).

Problem-Solving: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to challenges.

Team Player:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Languages:

• Native in English (both written and spoken). Being proficient in Japanese is a plus. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Experience:

A few years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role.  

Skills:

• Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar.
• Strong back-end experience.
• Solid experience with relational databases .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build technical roadmaps and align them with business goals.
• Experience managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
