Pindrop is a leading company specializing in protecting against voice fraud and providing voice authentication services, primarily used by major financial institutions. This technology is utilized by 8 out of 10 top US banks, helping call centers prevent fraudulent activities such as identity theft and voice scams, where fraudsters attempt to mimic real customers. The company is heavily research-based and is working on innovative products, including a new solution to be developed in Ukraine.

Description

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years with Golang and/or Python
- Experience with cloud computing environments: AWS or GCP
- Skills with data stores - DynamoDB, Redis, RDS, and caching solutions - ElastiCache
- Understanding of microservice architecture and messaging between services with RabbitMQ or Kafka being valuable
- Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Datadog, New Relic
- Experience in deploying features to production (using GitHub actions or pipelines), monitoring them, and maintaining their stability
- Expertise in testing code (unit, integration, and system testing)
- Strong containerization and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose issues in production environments
- Data structures, algorithms knowledge
- Advanced English level
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CircleCI
