noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

As a Growth Product Manager - 1 at noon, you’ll be working in the Growth & Discovery product team. You will be part of a team of engineering, user experience, and quality assurance professionals collaborating with colleagues across the business to define and execute on the roadmap for your domain. The focus of this squad will be to help with the category discoverability, increasing engagement on the platform and driving key projects like personalization etc.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Benchmark with market leaders and best practices in user experience
• Partner with the growth, engineering, creative, and design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mockups.
• Lead a cross-functional agile team of engineers, product design, and application support to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to creating a customer experience, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods to discover your customer’s needs.
• Define overall user-facing commerce experiences, platforms, and services KPIs and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals.
• Define the user flows, product specifications, improvement scopes for existing as well as new product features

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience in a fast paced customer first company
• B2C app focused work experience will be preferred
• MBA or BTech from Tier 1 colleges will be preferred (IIMs, ISB, IITs or similar)
• A self-directed personality with go-getter attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by influencing teams internally and externally
• Tech-savvy with a desire to get your hands dirty
