Position Overview

The role will focus on leveraging data management and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and improve HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau/ Google Suite/ Microsoft 365 and other data visualization and analytical platforms, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes as well as HR/IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR-related data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Data Studio), and other analytics tools.
  • Organize and optimize data storage for HR analytics purposes.

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights on recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to anticipate future workforce needs.

Reporting and Visualization

  • Create user-friendly dashboards and reports for key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customized reports for HR leadership and other business units.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Collaboration

  • Partner with HR teams to identify data needs and define metrics for success.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to improve data systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align HR analytics initiatives accordingly.

Compliance and Security

  • Ensure all data handling adheres to company policies and legal compliance, including GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and analytics outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, data management, or a related role.


Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite (Sheets, Data Studio), and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
