A globally renowned high-frequency trading firm is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their Equities Research Team. This team drives key technological advancements in AI to support the firm's trading portfolios.

Role:

• Collaborate with the global Equities business unit to interpret and prioritize critical needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead workshops to generate ideas in research, trading, and risk, while managing deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Foster relationships across the business, including Directors, Traders, Risk Analysts, and Portfolio Managers, to identify key needs and challenges.
• Utilize datasets to guide and influence the strategic product roadmap.

Skills:

• Proven experience building/ launching technology solutions in the equity investment domain.
• Strong understanding of equity markets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.
• Solid knowledge of fundamental strategies, research, portfolio construction and risk management
• Proficiency in Python
