Your why

As a Lead Designer within our lifecycle team, You'll be responsible for leading our in-app messaging strategy, optimizing user activation flows, and creating data-driven experiences that delight our users. Additionally, you'll oversee our website strategy, establishing design guidelines and optimizing user journeys to drive engagement and conversion across all digital touchpoints.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Working with the Head of Design and key stakeholders on our Home Lending team, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of customer communications across all lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain standardized communication templates and design patterns for website, email, SMS, and other channels
• Create and optimize customer journey flows, focusing on key lifecycle moments from onboarding to retention
• Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and brand alignment
• Conduct regular audits of customer communications to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
• Partner with development teams to implement and maintain centralized communication systems
• Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to optimize communication effectiveness
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 8+ years of experience in user experience, product, or working in an explicit design systems role
• Exceptional design craft with a strong portfolio in visual interface design
• Solid knowledge of engineering principles for design systems and tokenization
• Experience leading other designers working on complex software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• A systematic approach to solution design combined with strong product design skills
• Passion for complex problem-solving and innovation
• Experience with the latest accessibility standards
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use analytics and data to drive design decision-making
