The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

Your Main Objectives As a Data Engineer

You will will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines within our internal Data Platform, with a focus on aggregating operational data from various sources across the organization.As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable data pipelines to aggregate operational data from various sources;
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet business requirements;
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and related systems;
• Automate lifecycle and deployment of data pipelines integrating CI/CD and dataOps principles;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
  
  

About You

• Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Databricks, Microsoft Azure, backend development in Python, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and CI/CD on Azure DevOps using YAML and Terraform.
• Knowledge and Familiarity: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and a plus for familiarity with ML, Generative AI, and data governance, particularly security and privacy (GDPR).
• Soft Skills and Work Style: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Good level of English spoken and written.
