Product Owner (m/f/d)

Bragi was founded in 2013 and launched the world's first Truly Wireless Earphones in 2015 (yes, a whole 12 months before the Airpods...)

Since then, We have evolved from a promising startup to a market-moving creator of innovative technology, opening the new category of Truly Wireless Earphones. Bragi transformed into a software enabler for consumer brands, focusing on scaling its technology after investing more than $90 million in software and AI.

Now we are a leader in the AI headphone space, known for our smart devices that integrate seamlessly into users' lives. With a focus on innovation and user experience, we are driving the evolution of wearable technology.

This is a remote role but you are welcome to join us at our Munich office.

Tasks

• Lead and motivate your team, successfully owning the product from first ideas to the delivery
• Ensuring that there is always an offer to the customer, external as well as internal
• Collaborate with the Product Manager who creates the roadmap and sets the business priorities
• Develop the plans based on prioritization, milestones and capacity planning
• Take ownership of the features and deliveries of your scrum team operating in a scaled agile environment with multiple teams, and handle cross-team dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery together with your fellow POs
• Track progress, assess risks and suggest mitigations using the agile framework and relevant tooling
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level software as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of meeting customer needs in time and quality
• Coming from an Embedded, IoT, Wearable, Audio industry or a comparable business area
• Background in SW development, solid understanding of Agile principles and proven strong methodological experience. Embedded experience is a big plus
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to lead 9-10 member cross-functional teams and peers with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable taking decisions and working autonomously in a remote environment
