About the Role:

Sofitect is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product UX/UI Designers to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that solve complex problems and enhance user experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and effective designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
• Ensure the design solutions align with the product's goals and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing product design work, particularly for complex applications.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
