Embedded Software Engineer

Coalese Management Consulting is looking for a talented and motivated ADAS Feature Developer. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge ADAS features, contributing to the evolution of autonomous and semi-autonomous driving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, implement, and optimize ADAS features, such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assistance, and Automated Parking.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADAS features into the vehicle architecture, ensuring seamless operation with sensors, actuators, and ECUs.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct MIL, SIL, HIL, and in-vehicle testing to ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements.
• Requirement Engineering: Define and refine functional requirements for ADAS features in collaboration with system architects and stakeholders.
• Software Development: Write efficient, high-quality, and safety-compliant code (e.g., MISRA C++, ISO 26262) for embedded systems.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and deploying ADAS features or similar automotive systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, sensor technologies (radar, lidar, camera), and sensor fusion algorithms.
• Familiarity with automotive standards, such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive).
• Experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), and ROS.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks, including HIL/SIL.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
