Enertek Group are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Data to lead our partners data strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling data teams comprising both internal employees and external consultants. This role is pivotal in transforming how they leverage data to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy and Vision

• Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Team Building and Leadership

• Build and scale a high-performing data team, integrating internal hires and external consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on continuous learning and innovation.
• Act as a mentor and coach, guiding team members in their professional growth.

Data Architecture and Infrastructure

• Design and implement scalable data architecture to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of tools and technologies for data processing, storage, and analysis.

Data Governance and Compliance

• Ensure robust data governance, including data quality, security, and privacy.
• Maintain compliance with regional and international regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and finance, to understand and fulfill data needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver strategic projects.

Analytics and Business Insights

• Oversee the development of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks.
• Drive actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
