Software Developer - (Frontend)

Qatar Living is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Software Developer with a strong background in Javascript, Typescript, ReactJS, NextJS, MUI, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to translate Figma designs into fully functional web applications. Your expertise in modern frontend development, along with your experience in tools like Git, Jira, and unit testing, will be crucial in delivering top-notch products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.

• Translate Figma designs into responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect UIs.

• Implement SEO best practices to ensure high visibility and ranking in search engines.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Conduct unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the codebase.

• Manage version control and collaboration using Git.

• Track progress and manage tasks effectively using Jira.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the frontend development process.

A transferable QID/visa (NOC should be readily available)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Proficient in ReactJS and NextJS with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.

• Strong experience in implementing SEO strategies and techniques in web applications.

• Proven track record of developing user interfaces from Figma or similar design tools.

• Familiarity with version control using Git and experience in working with collaborative code repositories.

• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Angular, Redux, Google maps).

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
