Golang Tech Lead (Blockchain)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead Golang to drive the development of our modular blockchain project. As the technical leader, you will oversee architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and blockchain specialists to build a system that bridges Web2 and Web3 worlds.

The project is focused on creating a modular blockchain architecture that prioritizes flexibility, scalability, and seamless integration with both decentralized and traditional Web2 systems. The architecture is built on principles inspired by Ethereum private network setups, with a robust suite of core modules

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with 3+ years in Golang.
• Blockchain Expertise: Proficient in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Ethereum-based systems.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of modular architectures and distributed systems.
• Security: Strong grasp of secure coding practices and cryptographic principles.
• Integration: Familiarity with integrating Web2 systems and third-party APIs.
• KYC/AML Systems: Experience in implementing KYC/AML functionalities.
• zkProofs: Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs and their applications in blockchain.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment.
• English: upper-intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with Ethereum private network setups and their adaptations.
• Experience in developing DID systems and advanced cryptographic frameworks.
• Understanding of governmental regulatory frameworks and compliance in blockchain.
• Knowledge of zkSNARKs or similar zero-knowledge proof systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of blockchain architecture and core modules using Golang.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Architect modular blockchain solutions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Implement and optimize smart contract interactions, focusing on secure coding practices.
• Integrate KYC/AML solutions and ensure regulatory compliance within the system.
• Research and implement zkProof technologies for secure and efficient data handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing leadership in critical situations.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
