We build and refine a suite of products, such as our customer-facing chatbot called ?nibby?, a knowledge base RAG solution, Intelligent Document Processing, advanced call summarisation tools, and our greenfield LLM-based knowledge hub ? ?nibGPT?. In addition to developing these cutting-edge solutions, we offer expert guidance across the organisation, ensuring that our insights and technologies contribute to broader strategic success.
